Refund & Returns Policy

1. Overview

At Live Lighter with Lisa, I care deeply about the value and transformation my courses, coaching, and programs offer.
Every product and service has been designed with care, experience, and research to support busy mums in building a lighter, calmer, and more balanced life.
This policy outlines your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and explains how refunds are handled for our digital products, courses, and coaching services.

2. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if a product or service you purchase has a major problem.
A major problem includes where:
The service provided is not delivered with due care and skill;
The product is significantly different from what was described;
The service or product is unfit for its intended purpose; or
The service or product creates an unsafe situation.
If there is a genuine fault or issue with a program or download that prevents you from receiving what was promised, please contact me at [email protected] as soon as possible so it can be resolved quickly and fairly.

3. Change of Mind

Because all Live Lighter with Lisa products and services are digital or time-based (such as online courses, downloadable resources, or coaching sessions), I am unable to offer refunds for change of mind once a purchase is made or access is granted.
When you sign up for a course, challenge, or coaching session, you receive immediate access to valuable materials, insights, and digital resources that cannot be returned once delivered.

4. Coaching, Programs, and Challenges

All coaching sessions, programs, and challenges require a personal time commitment from both you and me.
To respect both our schedules:
Coaching and program fees are non-refundable once sessions have commenced.
Rescheduling may be available with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
If you miss or cancel a session without notice, that session may be forfeited.
In exceptional circumstances (such as illness, family emergencies, or technical issues preventing participation), please contact [email protected], and I’ll do my best to accommodate reasonable rescheduling.

5. Courses, Digital Products, and Downloads

Once a digital product, workbook, or course is purchased and access is provided, all sales are final.
No refunds are available for instant-access downloads, templates, checklists, or guides.
Please read the course or product description carefully before purchasing.
If you have any questions before you buy, reach out — I’m happy to clarify what’s included so you feel confident in your decision.

6. Event or Workshop Cancellations

If Live Lighter with Lisa cancels an event, workshop, or online session, you’ll receive either:
A full refund, or
The option to transfer your ticket or credit to a future event.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled event, refunds may not be available, but you may request to transfer your ticket to another participant or future date (subject to approval).

7. Payment Plans

If you join a course or program on a payment plan through Kajabi Payments, you are responsible for completing all agreed payments unless otherwise arranged in writing.
Failure to meet payment obligations may result in suspension of access until payments are brought up to date.
